Everyone wants to enjoy life. No one really wants to go around discouraged and depressed all the time. Most people live their lives searching for fulfillment and fun, but never really finding happiness. Many times, even Christians are unhappy in life.
I believe that God wants us to enjoy our lives as Christians. In John 10:10, Jesus said, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” The only way for you to enjoy life as a Christian is to give your life to God. However, if we are going to enjoy life, we must live our lives His way. The only way for you to enjoy life as a Christian is to give your life to God.
I spent several years of my life wishing that I could find happiness my own way. I am glad that I finally realized that the only way I would ever be truly happy was to give my life to God and begin to live each day for Him. That did not mean that all of my troubles went away, but it did mean that I began to see that God was working through each difficult situation to accomplish His plan in my life. Everyone has problems, but when we are living for the Lord, we can see that He is there to help us through each situation.
I hope you are loving life. If you are not, you definitely can be. Put God first in your life, and you will begin to see what His plan is for you. Your life will be so much more fulfilling when you know you are doing what God wants you to do.
