God has led GSBC graduates, Mark & Darlene Hiltibidal, to start the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Heyworth, Illinois! The Lord provided a beautiful church building (pictured above). This old Methodist church building was built more than 100 years ago. It has three stories, and it will be a tremendous home for this important, new work.

On September 28, their first Sunday meeting, they had 19 in the morning service, wtih fifteen people returning for the evening service. Pastor Hiltibidal is planning the official Grand Opening Sunday of this new church on October 19th.

Will you help this new pastor and this new church get started? You can help by:

1. Praying - This new work must have our prayers for the blessing of God.

2. Encouraging - send them a letter, an e-mail, or make a phone call. If you know of a prospective church member in their area, let them know. The church is eight miles south of the Bloomington/Normal, IL area. Heyworth is a city of 2,500 people.

3. Giving - Pastors, would you consider supporting this vital church plant on a monthly basis?
